Well there are less than12 hours till most of the clydesdales head for San Diego. We plan on a Giants/Padres game on Wed and an early Departure for Pine Valley on Thursday the 7th.
We took the bikes for a final shakedown with a local group called THE HERD ( thanks Harry for the generous donation), followed by a final visit to Pancha's in Yountville for some rehydration and imprompto concert of John Prine and Steve Earle songs. Right now each of us is trying to figure out how to get 60lbs of S#*^ into a couple 20 lb pannier. Of course there is always room for wine, 15 cases so far!
Everybody talks about our drinking nobody speaks of our thirst.
