Completion of the first shakedown ride
Stan Boyd(el Blanco), Walt Brooks (el bis Abuelo), Steve Moulds (el Camello), Rick Osgood(Rizzy) are fanatically training(not) for their upcoming transcontinental adventure:
San Diego CA to St. Augustine FL April 7 to June 4th - 3200 miles - "The Southern Tier"
Bikes were tuned up, panniers fitted, and we just completed a test ride to Bolinas in the first category 7 storm in 2 years in California which indicates either a deep level of readiness or true insanity. But the weather cleared and we had an oyster feed that was beyond compare hosted by Liz and Ciardo.
Next test ride to Davis CA and back with a farewell concert and Pancha's in Yountville.
We'll try to keep you posted right here and on facebook at Oak Knoll District Clydesdales.
